If you received the upfront sheet, then it may state pending for some tests, but as long as the panel physician has submitted the medical to IRCC, there is no need for a new sheet from the doctor. You can use the one that you have. All you need it is for IRCC to match your number with the medical record transmitted by your panel physician.Hi Hi. Question. I did my upfront medicals and the form received had "incomplete, required and referred' because the blood work was pending. I now have a form from the doctor that says completed in all the categories. Should I do a web form and upload that revised form?
much thanks! If you received the upfront sheet, then it may say penning for some tests, but as long as the panel physician has submitted the medical to IRCC, there is no need for a new sheet from the doctor.
