Are you asking me to solution for IRCC, on how to clear backlog ? I am doing my share, paying enough and more taxes. Its for the government to figure this out... and we can just continue to bear this ordeal until it ends with a smile..
IRCC is part of the Goverment they both are hand in hand. Solution is federal court. You can try Marc mendicio facebook or twitter to complain but again our voices are never heard.

Happy to support you this. However most are fearful and choose "Better Late than never route"
It would be nice to know how this can be done and what are the repercussions for those that venture. And is there a safety net, for those intending to stir the waters.
Same with me! Mine was DM in the old system since January 2021 and in the new system, it shows In process! It is so frustrating! No one knows anything regarding IRCC! I do not know what they actually do that takes so long! how come they be so reluctant and blame it on COVID! How long? I just don't know where to complain! As I believe their complaining system will also be like them. Having backlogs!
We need to consult a lawyer. There are no repercussions , you want answers, you paid for it . It is our right. We need to know why , how and for what reason my file is being delayed. what different did i do than others ?
Damn!! My latest GCMS were supposed to be done by yesterday so hopefully I will get it this week. Doesn't surprise me that IRCC once again didn't follow their deadline of 30 days.
That is the only way i find relief because i can see what is going on with my file. Its not actually 30 days , its taking longer usually 2 -3 days extra. Get notes from CBSA and CSIS. shake all the departments.

Anything is possible with CIC , it could be 3 days to 3 years to 30 years with backlog 300 years.
