If I were you, I wouldn't be able to optimistically think that security has been started now as you were told it was not started just a week ago...

Also, no matter how much or little info we have, we cannot change their inaction or delay, so I only call them once a month to get a regular update. To be honest, I already knew exactly what they were going to tell me even before I called them every time haha.
Yeah I haven't called much at all, its too depressing haha

Still got 20 days left on the tracker and trying to stay optimistic that it will be processed in that time.

Happy and encouraged to know some people have already contacted IRCC in regards to the delay.
Theoretically we can contact them for help, but in reality I doubt they have enough human resources to deal with our complaints.
What do you think my friend?
Yes my friend I think the AVO needs more Human Resources on this

Processing time trends and patterns report:

If you have any feedback on this report please PM me.

If you find this status update useful please click [LIKE] - thank you in advance.

Statuses by months:
The processing time is roughly 7-8 months as of now on average. Although recently the processes have picked up quite a bit.

Statuses by month for CEC
*Quite fast processing time as per the numbers.

Statuses by month for FSW-I:
*Progressing quite well too.

Statuses by months for FSW-O:
*This is by far the largest category, and as of now the fastest.

Statuses by months for OBP-I:
*PNP is the slowest category.

Statuses by months for PNP-O:
*The current trend is PNP-O picking up the pace and PPR tend to come faster than previously in 2019.

Source: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/analytics/statuses-by-months-of-submission

Average MEAN processing time:
*Good decline from August/Sep/Oct times.

Average MEDIAN processing time:
*Just to cross-check the numbers and compare.

Average MODE processing time:
*Finally, average mode processing time. All positive.

Applicants by Stream:
Quite a large share of PNPs here too.

Average by nationality:
*Usual list of countries with very long processing time.Interestingly, recently, Israel started to be very slow.

Average processing time by Province:
*There is a definitely trend for pnp-s to pick up the pace, we can see reduction in average processing time across all provinces, but Manitoba, MB is still slow.

Average by VO:
*HK seem to be the slowest. Rome, Montreal. Rest are somewhat similar.

Average processing time across all streams:
*We can see there is an obvious trend in processing time being faster. With 165 days on average.

PPRs by VISA OFFICE:
*90% of PPRs are issued by Ottawa and Sydney, meaning prcessing had been consolidated in CA pretty much.

Thanks very much everyone! and enjoy your week!

Ping me with questions and good luck with you application!
Could you please share analysis of NDVO for FSW Outbound?

@baltzly
I'm not able to get through. Not sure if I'm doing it right but when I'm promoted to key in my application number and year of birth, the automated voice says my application can't be found then prompts me to press 0 to speak to an officer. But once I select 0, the automated voice says that all agents are busy and no one can take my call, then the call ends. Am I doing it right?
Yeah! you need to call again and again to get connected!!

Is the application being transferred to the local office a good sign, or just a normal process to distribute workload?

I was thinking of calling my local VO tomorrow, the agent probably thought I'd do so too, because she told me that my local office will tell me the same thing, to call back after 6 months if I were to try calling them for updates.. hahah.

Also how can I order notes?
No use applying notes, I applied and on the 29th day, I receive an update that they need an extension of 90 days!! this is driving me crazy!!

Also, if you take a look at the myimmitracker, you will find that the progress has been extremely slow, especially over the last few days (almost no new PPR).
But that could be also because people might not have updated their records after receiving PPR, dont you think so?

Just called IRCC and below are the updates:
VO - ND
AOR- 23 aug 2019
MEP - 9 sep 2019
biometrics - 12 sep 2019
Eligibility - not started
Criminality - passed
Security - not started
Background Check: In process
Estimated time as per portal: 23 Feb 2020; 5 months already down; it shows 30 days remaining!

The agent mentioned that since my eligibility is not yet started, it would take at least 2-3 months once it is started and the deadline is likely to get exceed.

Can someone please confirm if this is normal for Delhi VO and can I expect PPR within the estimated timeline?
