Thanks! my AOR is 22nd August 2019 and my application is still in Sydney. They keep saying that Eligibility has MET but Security is yet to started. Its the same status since October.

I know its really frustrating... For me they didnt gave me detailed updates. Only file moved from CIC sydney to CPC ottawa.

biometrics: 6th sept. ADR IMM5604- submitted on dec 4 2019.
my eligibility, background etc have still not been cleared.
I posted a query on the web for, got v generic response.
how can i contact IRCC helpline from India? What should i do now? My case is a bit diff hence i was prepared for the final decision to take full 6 months but my profile not being updated on eligibility, background check etc is making me nervous. Please suggest.

Install textnow app on your phone. And use the canada code as area code (I use 436) and choose number given in option. Then you can directly call ICC helpline number. but you need to call in 9am-4pm EST. And you might be on wait for long time to speak with agent

does this mean that my medical is clear? What does it mean by “medical exam results on file are valid for you”
