Thank you for your reply. Gathering all the documents now. Luckily I've kept all the boarding passes, flight itineraries. Korea does have that info I believe - since I'm a citizen there, they don't stamp my passport. But, back to those boarding passes and itineraries, that should help show them I'm not the same person as the other passport number on my form!I would send all that they have requested. I would send a colour copy of all pages of your passport and a cover letter explaining the situation. If you can I would also send any flight itineraries and boarding passes like they requested - try to get and send these because those that you have won't match to the travel for the incorrect/wrong persons passport they are working with and it will evidence that you are not that person. Does Korea retain details of border entry travel? If so I would request a report from them. I hope this works out for you. Perhaps others on this forum have some additional/ better advice they can provide?
I crossed a land border, and was in the US for 2 days. They stamped me out, but did not stamp my passport back in! Perhaps CBSA has the "correct" info I can request to show that I did return when I said I returned? What a mess!
