I would send all that they have requested. I would send a colour copy of all pages of your passport and a cover letter explaining the situation. If you can I would also send any flight itineraries and boarding passes like they requested - try to get and send these because those that you have won't match to the travel for the incorrect/wrong persons passport they are working with and it will evidence that you are not that person. Does Korea retain details of border entry travel? If so I would request a report from them. I hope this works out for you. Perhaps others on this forum have some additional/ better advice they can provide?

Thank you for your reply. Gathering all the documents now. Luckily I've kept all the boarding passes, flight itineraries. Korea does have that info I believe - since I'm a citizen there, they don't stamp my passport. But, back to those boarding passes and itineraries, that should help show them I'm not the same person as the other passport number on my form!

I crossed a land border, and was in the US for 2 days. They stamped me out, but did not stamp my passport back in! Perhaps CBSA has the "correct" info I can request to show that I did return when I said I returned? What a mess!

Received an email to pick a date for ceremony in Vancouver.

Wow, well done and you get the choice! Wishing you luck with whichever date you choose, any of them must bring you untold relief that the end of the process is now in your sights! Sending best wishes for your ceremony.

I applied in Kitchener as well. Applied August last year and my application is still in process. Is it normal that Kitchener takes this long?

I am not sure. For other people I know, it took anywhere between 8 months to a year and half to get the notice to appear for the test.
I think long processing times are expected for all IRCC centers in Ontario.

No you don't need to notarize them. They will want to see the originals at the interview though.

Spoke with one of the agents at IRCC regarding the application status on last Monday and they said our status is turned to 'Test ready' but the date is not yet scheduled. She said it takes 12 months to receive the test invitation. So waiting for Aug 13th which is exactly 1 yr from the date they received our application. At least good thing to know is, the verification has been done and everything is fine so far.

Hopefully we will hear back from them shortly...
