So sorry for the late response, Haven't been on the frum since my last post.
It took 10 working days to receive it. I applied on April 17 and received it on May 1. I applied in person at the main street passport office (Winnipeg). Faster when you apply at a passport office and in person.

I'd is Gillmahal
Today I had my citizenship test and interview
I m glad that I passed the test some questions were confusing however I managed to score 19...
About the interview the total time was maybe 5 minutes the officer checked my id my passports...just verified the stamps... didn't even ask my language proof documents and some random questions I think just to test my English later on he said my application is approved and I will hear about the oath ceremony in two to three months...he said it could be earlier but that's the standard time....
So I guess half of the race is won....I wish everyone else good luck .....

Hi friends, does anyone know how long it would take to get a new ceremony time if i decide to reschedule mine? I just need mine pushed back 10 days, and am worried if i tell them to postpone they will make me wait another 2 months

Well, why wait? get it done!
How long you'd have to wait? no one really knows! Maybe 4 weeks or 4 months or 10 months...
Why bringing this upon yourself? Ask yourself!! If you're away; just spend a little to return back and save yourself misery.
