You will receive everything relating to the CSQ by post: first you will get a letter confirming that they are processing your CSQ, and then about 3 weeks letter you will receive the CSQ itself
Also I was just wondering , that does it really matter that to which province you immigrating coz I heard from few ppl that Quebec immigration is processed faster comparatively

I don't think so, because at the end f the day, all of these applications are being handled in their respective visa offices, not in Quebec, and I highly doubt that they have a separate pile for all of the Quebec applications in each visa office. But this is my opinion, I guess we will never truly know how they operate :-D

Quebec has a different process as it involves a CSQ, but it's not faster.

Yes, if you’re Outland typically your application would not be forwarded on to your visa office for processing until your spouse had been approved as a sponsor.

it was approved by the sponsor, the application was transferred to the visa office, a month ago, a medical treatment, a police certificate sent and Sched.
Visa office IN PROCESS.
