I dont have mycic linked app so I don't know if the application is closed already. Also, i didn't receive any email from MVO asking for my passport.

Im indo canadian(naturalized canadian) and my husband is from india! CIC got our application on august 8th, and they started processing his PR file (in dehli) september 14 but it still says "in process", hasnt changed to background check or any of that. Kinda getting nervous with all the august files getting answers and ours still yet to come!!ahhh!!!!

Welcome ash_manu!

Remember that those getting PPR right now are either from the Ottawa visa office (so US citizens) or Manila VO (which is just super fast right now), or are expedited cases (like pregnant sponsor, etc). It is not abnormal to not be hearing anything right now, and having your status remain 'In Process'. Your VO, like mine (Accra), have longer waiting times so 16-19 months (according to online). I would check your the Delihi VO thread on the forum and see what other applicants average waiting times are. You can't judge anything from the August applicant group as everyone is from different VOs. I know for mine, the Accra thread, even though online processing times says 16 months, applicants are currently averaging 8 months. So again, your best bet is to compare your case to other Delhi apps, maybe see if other August apps are getting PPR, or at least see what month they are working on. For us, Accra is working on Feb/March apps. CIC goes through apps based on their spot in the cue, so we're all just waiting in lines essentially.
