Just wondering , we hired a Immigration lawyer to get our application together, and it was not send in by us it was transferred by our lawyer , Is that the reason why I can not link our application on My CIC ? It may have been submitted by Computer ? And not a paper application ???? Confused

Hi Guys
I have a question. I received the below email from cic which says the following below, but I have already submitted both RPR and PCC with the application and ecas doesn't say anything except application received, do I need to do anything here?

"In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:

· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.

· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country."

Ignore it if you already paid and submitted PCC

I didn't have UCI..I just used the applicant's family name, place of birth and the city he is intending to live in Canada. and put 1 for the number of applicants. People have given good advise on this thread, go over it, you'll might be to find where you have the problem :) try every possible combination. I read in one case, the officer had made single instead of married on one application, and the applicant couldn't access the account at all. Until they ordered their notes and realized where the mistake was. Make sure to put the PA's information and not the sponsor.. Good luck :)

Hi aylar10, I will try again and again and try any possible combination. I really wanna see myCIC as it will give me peace of mind, waiting is so stressful and frustrating and we can't do anything but to be thankful that in a short period of time, we have reached this status. Hoping for more good news the soonest!:) Thank you so much for a very wonderful and comforting response!:) God bless you and bless us all! :D :D :D

Your file is also transferred to ND VO ?

Anyone here still can't get through MyCIC? Before I can't link my application to MyCIC - actually up to this moment, and now I can't log in too, what's going on, this is so frustrating!:(

So We won't be able to link the application ?

Hey Marlg, I also have a lawyer and I am unable to link the application as they need direct access to the updates so they can act on your behalf. I know it's frustrating not being able to see the details, but I've just asked my lawyer for a monthly update. Also, what you really need to know will come through on the ECAS page. Hope that helps. :)
