Hi again, I tried to sign up another username and it worked. I landed on the correct link. My problem now is that after entering all the correct and necessary info, I clicked on the "search my application" then here's what the next page stated:
Based on the information you entered, we found: no applications.
What do I do next?
You can:
• go back and try again, as you may have made a mistake entering your information
• wait 24 hours, as sometimes it can take time for applications to be entered into our system
I tried it like several times already and i got the same answer. Should I just wait for 24 hours before trying to search my application again? Because I'm quite sure that all the information I provided are correct.
