But had a problem can't access sponsor side on ECAS.

It says in the AoR1 email that u shud inform CIC of address changes asap.. i think this should be done ASAP..

How did u manage to get access to sponsor's side of ECAS? Any tips which might help us

It's not an address change, instead of putting unit 6, they put "6 unit 6"..I will contact them about the mistake...I can't access the sponsor's side yet

I guess its because of the backlog of CIC. Let's wait within the week .. hopefully

... ooopppsss... just now, I received an email from the IRCC telling that I have a refund. I am wondering why? As I know I just paid an exact payment.
I as sponsor, my wife and our 2 dependents . We paid CAD1340 ( 475 applicant 75 sponsor, 150 for each dependent below 19, RPRF 490 , and IRCC says I have a CAD300 refund.?

fees without any dependent is 1040, call them and ask about dependent's fees.

Thanks Aylar10, i tried multiple options in MY CIC...but its not working....

But today in ECAS, the "Sponsorship Application Status" is changed to "Decision Made"....

No SA yet....Just wondering will they send SA email soon without sending AOR1.... ???

Can you access mycic? If not, people have given useful tips on how to link your application. Try putting the PA's family name, first name, date of birth, country of residance and in which province, city the PA is planning to live in Canada and put either 1 or 2 for the number of applicants, if you don't have any children. There are other ways too that people have recommended. The one I mentioned worked for me.

I received the AOR1 but my ECAS only says my application is received and they have the medical results. But yours says that they're working on it so that could be your SA.

Try calling CIC again and you might be able to get an agent who will be able to assist you. I hope you'll be able to get some answers soon so you'll be less stressed..

Hi, the information that you have from them, are you seeing that in an email that they sent you or are you seeing that in your mycic account? I am not able to see anything related to my application in the mycic account??

This is to acknowledge receipt of your sponsorship application and to advise that your file is presently pending review by an officer. you will be contacted in the future if further information is required or as soon as the decision on your application is finalized.

why my file is pending? or is it SA ?
