That's interesting re: courier, thanks! Though to be honest, I'm a little nervous as we used Expresspost to send the application and it was delayed by 2 days without updates. Imagine sending internationally? I'm just reading that DHL will take passports (and as far as I can tell only Indian passports cant be sent via courier). So maybe that option might be best, if not an actual ticket to Lima haha. Too bad we didn't get it a week ago when we were there for his brother's wedding, hahahaha

Yeah I'd be nervous about sending it international too, a courier is definitely a better option. I wonder why you can't courier an Indian passport, seems odd..

Lima is one of the faster offices so I wouldn't be surprised if its close to the end already

Mine is also showing "In Process" for both but no AOR2 yet. On PR side it's showing two lines. One is Application received, the other one is Medical results received.

Actually my husband just got an email from Lima Office requesting his passport and 2 photos!! We are so unbelievably excited and honestly quite nervous as he is currently in Canada and we don't know how to get his passport to the VAC office that will forward to the embassy.

I'm reading that DHL will take passports, but then some threads say it's illegal to mail in, so right now don't know if he'll have to go there for a month! Started a new thread to get other opinions, but will update you guys on how it goes!

Not everyone gets email. Ours came via snail mail today dated October 16th.
