I ordered my notes about 3 months after sponsorship and found out that they had already found my marriage genuine and was satisfied with my file. I then ordered them two months later when they were sent to my visa office and found out they had lost my husband divorce certificate and was looking for a birth certificate for a step son who was 26 and not coming to Canada and was not put down on the application. Great source of information. I was able to email both documents before they asked for them.

Thanks for sharing Taffy, we were just thinking if its way too early to order the notes since we only got SA in November. Your experience settles it, we are ordering the notes

We have been told we still have a chance to have an extention for our medical (expired 17th December) if they start processing our application soon so would really like to find that out. I never heard of anyone getting it and don't really count on it too much but that would make our lives so much easier as I have to travel very far for it and it will cost us a lot

We emailed London for the extension of our medical , but they didn't get back to us. It was only through our notes that it said medical extension till 25th NOV 2015 My husband did his medical Dec 30th 2013.

ECAS changed to IN PROCESS finally .. They started working on app n Feb 20th.Hope we will hear soon something from them to send the passport

congratulations . Funny how some get in process before PPR, while other like me get PPR and nothing changes on ecas

I'm in the exact same boat as you Yukon...frustrating as heck! Only good news is that I've received my TRV since my PGWP expires in March and I will also try to get one of those Working Holiday Visa's if and when it ever opens. I won't bank on getting final decision any time soon despite having PPR.

My ECAS status is still IN PROCESS even though they requested passport.

The agency I used says after PPR request visa should follow by 1-3 months . I guess we will see soon if they are correct . No choice but to wait and see as we can't get visitor visa now , without passport lol

generally, ecas won't change to DM until they actually finish issuing your visa and mail the approval paper.

I'm from exempt country, so they only asked for a full photocopy of the passport. So I still have my passport

On this forum I never had seen any timeline like this. When I check ECAS, we got AOR, SA, DM all the same date. I'm worried. No PPR but we have DM.

Any Idea ... what do u think guys.????
