Just a heads up guys, my sponsor received email from CIC-M it attached a legal document, stating all sponsorship filled after Augst 1st need to include IMM0008(06-2014), IMM1344(08-2014), IMM5669(12-2012)...sorry i dont know how to upload screenshot. Anyway just want you guys know the info.
Our application was signed on Aug 6th need to re-send new 1344.

may I ask when did they receive your application? Thank you for the heads up. I guess we have to check if we got an email from cic. Does it go to our spam?

The good thing is that they are looking at the applications at the 20+ day mark.

I'm hoping not to delay the process if they ask for the new forms and have the new one ready. I know I said I would wait until they requested the new form (if they do), but does anyone have experience in sending new or revised forms BEFORE they are asked for? I just want to cut down the time to turn it around...I do have a UCI number already, so it isn't like I'm sending stuff into a black hole. Thoughts?

It is tempting but I wouldn't. Even though your UCI means they could match your form to your file, chances are when your form gets delivered they won't go digging through the pile of hundreds of applications looking for yours. Most likely the updated form would get put in a waiting line like the applications. They would open your application, email you about the missing form, and then by the time they realize you already sent it when they get to opening it, you won't have saved Amy time. .. that would be my guess. At any other point in the process your idea would work because your app is in a specific location easy to find and add extra forms. Right now it's in a big pile/line up.

We sent in our updated forms before they were requested. My husband (PR applicant) also already has a uci. Figured it was worth a try....

Hopefully after they've emailed us about our missing forms, they will find our updated forms. They only came a couple days after the first forms.

I will let you guys know what happens.

We sent our application August 20th and it was recieved August 22nd. We sent an old IMM1344 as well Haven't realised there is a new one untill we sent it out. Guess we should be expecting a request for updated froms as well.

They specify clearly in the letter, they dont process application as "incomplete" so I'm still far from stage 2.....

I sent out my package to CIC on Augest 2, at that time, they did not update new forms on their website yet, do I need to send out my new forms to them? or just wait till they notify me?
