My status online just changed. "We received your application Sep 11." At least I saw some changes. Wish I can get SA within this week.

Hey My online status says " We received your application August 1."

They received my original application August 1 and i submitted my new forms on September 15.
Did you submit your new forms on September 11?

How did you get your UCI no without SA ? I tried with receipt no & file no I got when they asked for the updated form, it doesnt work . With file no only I can see is " this file is incomplete "

You will only have a pre-existing UCI if you have ever applied for any kind of visa before, they remain unique even if you apply for different things at different times. I have a UCI because I used to be a temporary foreign worker and it was on my old work permit.

I have never applied for any type of visa and got a UCI number when I phoned yesterday. However, when I use it online it says they can't find it.. I'm confused. My husband has yet to get an email stating we've received SA. Is this because I'm the applicant and not sponsor?

I mailed it out on Aug 11, and got a update request on Sep 4.

it's your client id, you can find it on your visa or permit.

The document you sent was received today by CIC? If so, you'll probably have to wait a few before you can here anything. You need your client id number to log in and see the status.

CIC contacted me when doc request, it had a file#, is this our client id number?
