Are we victims of immigration quota? Why do we have to suffer

Hi everyone,

Looking at these news recently, made me wondering if we and our spouses are victims of immigration quotas!! Why is it we have to suffer the long periods of separation from our beloved ones because of these policies. I think we need to speak out about this.

and june2012- jun 2013 -85164 applications are processed in all family class

In this articles I can`t see any quota for spouse and children.

Where should I email the embassy regarding my expiring medical? Anyone knows the email address? :'(

you don't. They will contact you and ask you to redo it if it's necessary. Sometimes they don't ask you to redo it even though it's expired and they just issue the visa.

you don't. They will contact you and ask you to redo it if it's necessary. Sometimes they don't ask you to redo it even though it's expired and they just issue the visa.

My medical expired February 13, 2014. We submitted the application last August 2013, it was returned due to incomplete requirement of my sponsor, he forgot to submit the Option-C, then it was sent back to Mississauga November 21, 2013. Yes I know I took the medical very early but my sponsor was preparing his divorce paper that time way back March 2013 then visit here July 2013, that's why it took too long to submit the application. Thanks for the information.

Hello, I doubt it was Immigration. I think they would have asked more questions than that.
More than likely a survey. Your husband probably did'nt meet the survey guidelines . I get that type of survey sometimes too, ask a couple questions then say they are done.They are looking to survey certain types of people.
They did'nt say who they were doing inquiry for?
