She is the second. PaddyO was really fast. He got a visa in November , VO Sedney.

All I can recommend is to stay positive. Prepare as though it is going to take the average time as per the CIC website and hope for the best. If it comes through a day / week / month / year before the average then it is a bonus.

Also, don't check your application status. You will probably hear from your VO before ECAS is updated anyways. If you check every day chances are you will be disappointed.

Hang in there everyone. You will get good news soon enough.

I agree, E-CAS is all but useless. We will hear from VO first, I very rarely go to E-CAS. Many of us are stuck with CEM.Which by the way serves a good part of SE Asia now. The long wait is mostly from the sheer volume of applications they process.So anyone who has application at CEM settle in, will be a long wait.

I think it is updated once a week on a Tuesday. I had my COPR letter a week before it ECAS changed to "Decision Made".
