Can you post a summary of the landing process after your wife arrives? I will be landing at YYZ in early March and want to know what to expect.

yea no problem. right now i just found out that my son needs to get a Ecuadorian passport to be able to exit Ecuador and come with my wife to Canada. Even tho my son was born in Ecuador i got his Canadian certificate and his Canadian passport, the law in Ecuador states that if someone has double nationality as my son does, then to exit/return to the country he needs to present both Canadian and Ecuadorian passports. Hopefully he get his passport in a few days, when i was in Ecuador i got my passport 20mins after taking my passport photos lol

Yes, I was really busy last month. You know how we celebrate holidays here in Manila right, it will take most of your time celebrating with family and friends.Hehehe Happy New year!!

GCMS Notes costs 5 CAD only per request but you need to upload/attach the consent form of the principal applicant and signed as well by the sponsor. It will take about a month for it to be sent to your email .

its over !!!!!!!!!!. wife got her passport visa stamped and approved to come to Canada. She will be Arriving first 2weeks of feb. Im so glad its over

Stage 1 AOR: August 28, 2013. Not sure of date app. received , used Immigration Consultant so not privy to that info.

Welcome, is a very frustrating wait. From what I have read on forums is there will be no word from VO unless they require more info.
E-CAS is unreliable, no updates very regular.
