Hi PaddyO/All

my wife received PPR request today , we applied on August 8 2013, it looks like Hong Kong visa office is moving fast.
HK is a visa waiver country buy they requested my wife to send in the passport as well, any idea ?
also after PPR, do you know will we get any interview request after or usually PPR is the last step ?

Thanks

congratulations! this means that your wife's visa is ready ;)

you need to pay first and include the receipt in the envelope with her passport and send them both to the VO for her to gt the visa stamped in her passport :) may I ask which visa office is in charge of the processing?

Hi...can you share to us the following details? I just want to know because I have a son that could do the same if he won't get his visa with us...thanks a lot...

1. how you did it and the requirements you submitted?

2. what year in college or university did you apply for?

3. how many years did you spent here in the Philippines?

4. did you pay the tuition fees together with the application?if so, do we need to pay the whole year?

thank you so much...would appreciate anything else that you can share regarding this...

Good luck to your application :)

hi , im canadian by birth but im sponsoring my wife . She lives in Ecuador. Our VO is Bogota Colombia

this is my time line

Visa Office : Bogota
Medicals Done : june 4 2013
Application Sent Date App : Aug 1 2013
CPC-M received as per tracking : Aug 2 2013
Stage 1 AOR : Aug 20 2013

Hi jojrob1! I suggest you try clicking on the underlined "application received" in your ecas that is beside the applicant's name and it will direct you to a page wherein you can find two items written, first that application has been received on what date and second, medicals have been received. It will be "application received" written on your status until such time you get your PPR then it will change to "in process". Good luck! :)

Thanks I guess they haven't updated it yet or lost my medical. :(

Hi jojrob1. I'm in the same boat as you. We sent in my husband's medical report since the beginning and ECAS still does not show Medicals Rec'd for us. Very annoying! I even called the doctor's office to ensure they sent in the results to CIC. As long as they get us his COPR before his medicals expire, I honestly don't care. G'luck

Does anyone know how we can check Sponsor Approval using AOR?

Thanks
