I am not sure if it changed before I got PPRR. I stopped checking it everyday to avoid being sad with no change... hehe
Well... it says "In progress" also says they started working on my application on October 24th... and I got the request on the 28th...
Passport is sent and should arrive tomorrow morning. Any updates I will let you know...

hi there. I just want to inform all applicants whose visa office is Manila that lyn, a May applicant received her passport request today. glad that CEM is really working. if this pacing continues we can expect that our PPR's will be available as early as January of next year. God Bless August applicants.

I'm from Quebec, and my boyfriend is from Germany. We applied in August 2013. CIC received the documents August 2nd. I was accepted for sponsorship August 22nd. My boyfriend received his CSQ in the end of september, now the documents are in Vienna and we are waiting... waiting... waiting....
I wish all a lot of luck... If we can support each other
