So long as you can comply with all the necessary requirements and relevant documents and you can prove your relationship, I believe you can submit outright. CIC's function is ministerial in nature, the fact that you have all the needed requirements and proofs,then it is incumbent upon them to accommodate your application.Best wishes on your upcoming wedding and on your application.

If anything it means less paperwork as you don't need to provide information about your wedding ceremony, receptions etc... You can provide CIC with an update about the change in your relationship status after the wedding has taken place.

oh ok we have not been living together and it seem Africa has more difficulty so I rather we wait till we get married coz we met like 8 yrs ago but we only have chat lots from August 2012 till date. And I've only spent one month with him . We are still gathering our chat logs and pics etc coz it tons . Thank you and god bless

I think the timeline is the same for spouses and children.

No its not same i heard dependent children are given more priority .

Oh! Didn't know they were in a different category. Apparently NDVO doesn't get many children applications so, I hope that works well in your favor.

Hi paddyO, you're updated by our friend mrsalvaro, sorry for not replying immediately my husband was hospitalized due to Dengue fever, he got discharged just yesterday so I can not attend fully to the spreadsheet and the thread up to this time...We had his flight rescheduled maybe a week from now until he's completely okay...

We're so thankful to God for his fast recovery and complete healing... ;D

God is really good all the time...

Let's hope for the best, anyway God works with love, mercy and grace always...

My ecas shows- app.received+med.received, but I dont`t received an AOR from the VO. Is it equal with AOR!

i have one question. I applied for my dependent child. on the ecas it shows my address in canada. Is it the place they send passport after stamping or indian address. All correspondence with cic happened through email.

i mean do i need to change that address or leave as it is. i also included self addresed envelope while sending passport
