My wife ( principle applicant ) also got an email Sept 18 2013 ..... she got her own CI # ...

helo joshrara, good day! since you are from cebu. I am sure that you had your medical exam in cebu doctor's? May I ask you who was the panel physician when you had your med exam? was it Doctor santos?.. I had mine in cebu too. I phoned them last week to ask if they had already sent my med result. According to the secretary, they already forwarded it to the CEM after 3 days, so I tried to check my ecas and still application received, I know Ecas is not that updated and reliaable.. I just want to ask how is the status of ur ecas,? medical recvd knb? TY.

Hi wella13! yes, i had my medicals done ate cduh. Dr. Maureen Santos was the one who examined me. My ecas says application and medicals received... I had my medicals done last july 9, 2013

Thankss . im happy about the progress . But i would like to know, whats the next update i/my wife should be receiving? . Shes been given her own CI# and the information on the status is the same as mine . Says that medicals have been received .

Hi guys..! Quick question.. My Brother in law sponsors his wife and son... He filed on August 27 and CIC received 29. Were both same timeline... His and my husband both siblings... The Question is He did not receive any email in CIC almost a months na? As of August 29, 2013 the assessment of sponsor was 27 days working... till now not yet receive of anything in CIC... He called his MP.. then the MP said that the decision on his application was Oct. 1. Now the decision on his application was sent tru mail not to email.. Is it Approved or Refuse? He check his Ecas until now Application received parin? Under Sponsorship Application...

My Husband got his sponsors approval on Sept 10.
The Decision was Made on Sept 23. 2013.

Looks like you got the Sponsor Approval! Congrats! NOw they will transfer the application to local visa consulate.

No. not me... My brother in law... im wondering, So it means he is approved?. Now he waits a letter tru mail... What do u think. It is approved or refuse? Mine was my husband received her sponsors approval tru email....

Wew! im kinda nervous now... my hubby send our app Sep4 then until now, its been a month alrady we havent receive anything yet... but since its still Aug29 they processing right now, will try to wait few weeks more before we call our MP.. but in your bro's case, i think they will now send the app to CEM...

Did your brother in law miss giving his email in the application? Otherwise notification would have come in email. If you think he stilll gave his email, I would suggest you to ask him to check his spam folder too. Have seen few applicants whose apprval mails from CIC went into spam folder.
