Did your brother in law miss giviig his email in the application? Otherwise notification would have come in email. If you think he stilll gave his email, I would suggest you to ask him to check his spam folder too. Have seen few applicants whose apprval mails from CIC went into spam folder.

Thanks 4 encouragement.. I dont know if he missed his email add... i know before they sending all the forms and documents including mine they must checked it. I'm little confuse.. I told him to check his ecas and spam folder and he notice the application is still application received and the spam folder no email yet found. My question is If the decision was made on your application and a courier sent you a letter by mail. The ecas will automatically change it to in process. even though he have'nt the result yet.?

Yes, its possible he can also check his ecas. They also have a UCI # while you are sponsoring.

oh i see.. i thought you could only get UCI after you get an AOR thru ur email.. and how they able to obtain that UCI? do they already have it before they submitt their apps?

Yes they already have it. Once you are PR or Citizen to canada you'll have a UCI #. Thats why he can check his ecas too..

If Sponsor is approved then his/her stautus shows 'Decision Made'.

EUNJAYKC, I understand your anxiety but dont think so negative. I am quite sure he already got the approval. Did you check with his wife if she get any email from CIC? I am asking this because, not sure why, in my case Principal Applicant got the SA approval mail. Just check with her email+spam folder.

Hi EUNJAYKC, you know it is really hard to speculate on things. Is there any ground for them to be refused?I mean try to be optimist.Most of the decision made are for sponsor approval.And in our opinion the decision made is positive.

Wew! im kinda nervous now... my hubby send our app Sep4 then until now, its been a month alrady we havent receive anything yet... but since its still Aug29 they processing right now, will try to wait few weeks more before we call our MP.. but in your bro's case, i think they will now send the app to CEM...

Hi zelmercphil... we havent tried it yet and we consider on that thought also...we have plans to call but since they're still working on August29 applications so maybe once it has change already...
is that email add that you posted is for CPC-M? thankyou
