hi esr principal applicant , nasa winnipeg ka? magreresubmit pa kmi. here is my story, we mailed our application i think july 26 and as per tracking number the same was received on july 29. we failed to include proof of medical exam. on august 5 i submitted myself for an upfront medical. on august 17 my husband said that CIC returned our application. in a letter dated august 12 CIC informed us that they cannot process our application due to missing medical documents. they are asking us to resubmit and include medical documents. i already mailed the proof of medical. hopefully we can resubmit tomorrow.

Hello guys i need any suggestions.. My application receive in Mississauga yesterday august 19... worrying because in my document checklist number 18 i forgot to put x on the box on number 18 but i sent my proof of employment as well as pay stubs what should i do? is that a big problem that i enclose the requirement but i forgot to put marked x on it?is this cause a refusal on my application??? appreciate your opinions...

I sortta did the same thing.. sent application july 17 and cpc recieved it July 18 got the package returned aug 6 dated aug 1 due to missing signature. I resent thr document and their letter added some extrs things aug 7 they got it aug 8 now just waiting for them to send me the acknowledgement. Don't worry if they look through it ptoperly they will see you included it.

I have filled the additional information for Abu Dhabi on form 3911 checklist for immigrant as it is required by the Embassy.
But i have gone through the form some people had submitted without it and have got the AOR.I didnt put any no as it should be file no give to us on the later stages by CMC miss.

hello asim abbas thanks for the reply. question, are you staying here in dubai? and which nationality are you?? im filipino and we choose abu dhabi as our visa office. just want to ask the following about the country specific forms

1. did you answer the supplementary forms (travel history, education and employment history, military service and residency questionnaire)?

2. if i don't have any answers should i put n/a or leave it blank?

3. im confuse on the military service form. since im living in philippines before and just working here in dubai i don't have any military service. should i put n/a as well or don't include this form?

4. in residency questionnaire

#2 what will i put in the "to date" my husband was in canada from september 2010 till present. can i just leave it blank the "to date" or i will put till date and he's holding pr card? what you think?

#8 im currently working in dubai from 2011. the question was will i cancel the gulf residence visa? im confuse what to tick. yes or no? if yes what should i put in the date and if no is my answer i will just write and explain that once the visa is issued that's the time i will cancel the residence visa.

I have filled all the forms and additional information required by CIC. Even one show information for Abu Dhabi Embassy as dont want any thing back from CIC.

Yes you can write none please be careful with the miliary information it ask why you didnt undergo as per my country of residence it not mandatory so answered same.

Just write the date of Signatures

Write a expected date you wanna travel and include that residency will be cancelled prior to PR or as requested by Candian Embassy Dubai
