does anyone know what happens when...
my application was originally sent in july 18, 2013 however resent back to me aug 2 received 6 due to a missing signature.. when I got the envelope back the letter of what was missing plus the actual form where the signature was missing was highlighted.
I resent the application with the missing signature and the letter like how they request but does it have any impact on the application? just my nerves are getting to me while waiting for the sponsor approval

Shouldn't be a problem, people get stuff back for missing signatures all the time.

You are 'supposed' to. I know a few people haven't in the past likely due to mistakes at CIC but most do get one.

Don't worry, it will not affect your processing. Since you forgot to sign it just got delayed. As you have submitted all the documents yours will be approved within 30 days

Hello and welcome to the thread jojrob1! You've been added to the spreadsheet already.

You should be receiving your AOR anytime from nw. CPC-M normally sends out AORs in 15-20 days. When you receive your AOR, they will provide you with a UCI no. and Application No.. Your UCI No. is the one one you have to use to track the progress of your application in ECAS thru the CIC website.

cNoticed cic didn't update their step one - assessment of sponsor this week, its suppose to be weekly update. I wonder why anyone heard if the strike is affecting them?

oh i did it a long time ago from december 31 was sent off from january 1st 2013. My application was delayed so i was just able to send it in august.

I dont think it will have a negative impact .We share the same scenario, our application was returned too but not due to missing signature, we failed to include proof of medical. They are asking us to complete our documents so that they will process the same. We will resubmit this week. God bless to all August applicants.
