Nowadays, they request PCC from countries to which you have traveled. A came across a few posts where PCC has been requested by CIC from an applicant, who traveled to France on a Business trip.resubmitmypr said:No. Its required only for countries where you have stayed for 6 months or more.
You can get the visa stamped in India as most of the applicants are doing that and it is working for single applicants. But I am not sure about more than one applicant. After receiving PPR, you may have to contact CIC and get it clarified.PP323 said:Hi Toby,
I was trying to find any post related to passport stamping at different location only for dependent, but couldn't get any information.
Do you have any idea how to handle this situation? My wife is in India and but I am in Canada. Is it possible that we can have stamping at different place? Do you suggest this option? Is it going to add any delay in process?
Thanks in advance for your valued suggestion
