I received my reference letter from my supervisor but it's not in the letter head.
To which email id should I send these additional documents?

Hey Toby, thanks man!
Availability of your link didn't strike my mind, my bad!
Loads of useful stuff, buddy!

Hi guys,

I just discovered this great forum. The information seems to be very useful here. My application was received on August 2 and I received my AOR on October 7. But the terrible thing that makes me very concerned is that my application status can't be found on the CIC web site:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons..."

I read that it only takes a few days after you receive an AOR to display the status of the application online.... Any ideas why this happened? Should I contact the CIC over the phone?

P.S. I tried 4 different ID types but get the same response... :(

Hi,
Have you used this link? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp
I guess you've used the right IDs from your AOR like Application number, etc...

If this is the case then probably it's a good idea to contact them, but maybe somebody will have better idea...

Thanks so much for such a quick response! Yes I use this same web site.I select "Permanent Residence from outside Canada", then "CEC Canadian Experience Class". I tried to access the status online multiple times using various ID options that they offer but no luck. Who should I contact? Can somebody share a contact information of the place I should contact (I sent my application to Sydney CPO which was forwarded to a visa office (not sure which one).

Thanks so much in advance!

Not a problem.
I found these links, check out if maybe it helps you:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=030&t=3
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=296&t=3

They say this: "Please do not contact the Call Centre—or, if you applied from outside Canada, the Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate overseas—regarding any application unless the standard application processing time has passed."

So I'm not sure what would be the best.
Maybe you can request a status update...

Thanks a lot once again. You are being very helpful! I called CIC and they sent me a link to the contact info to Sydney's office. I emailed them earlier today asking if they can update my status online. You gave me a really great link to the Ottawa centre as well, so I will send them the same email I sent to Sydney earlier today. It takes 20 business days to respond so I gotta be patient.
Once again, thanks a bunch!
If anyone else has issues accessing their status online, please reach out to me.
Thank you

I am a dummie! I was able to troubleshoot my issue. For the place of birth, I just needed to put USSR, not Russia. Damn, so much commotion for nothing.. Sorry for wasting your time.

From cec perspective, full time means 30 hrs +, depending on how much less you have worked, it could be potentially affect your pr, i.e. One year exp.
