Yes I have moved back but I have yet to inform CIC
That is the reason I ask this question.

country of resident is the country considered where you stayed more than 183 days during that year...

Ok. It doesn't say anything about 183 days, where did you get that information from?

As per CIC glossary:

Country of residence: The country a person is living in. A person's country of residence may be different from their country or countries of citizenship.

[ Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp ]

I also read somewhere, that the country of residence is the country you lived in the past 3 years.
So I guess you could put Canada in that field... Not sure tho, as also the OB485-A requires the individual
to be IN Canada.

I read it here a long time ago.. but I think you are right. cuz this says that its for tax purposes. doesnt say about anything else in general...

In any case, you will need to apply TRV to come back to Canada, unless your current visa is still valid.

Hey,

I just realized that i have only enclosed NOA in the package, not the T4. God knows why i always thought both are same. >:(.
But I have sent reference letter from my Employer but no PayStub.

Is non submitting T4 detrimental, will i get my AOR? This is killing me, please suggest/advise.

Regards..

Srs..please help!!

A not complete application package might be send back to you. In that case, add the missing documents, use latest forms and
apply again. If you end up getting the AOR, even with the missing T4, email them a scan whenever you get your AOR and
have it attached to your file.

Thanks, so the NOA doesn't suffice.

They're asking for T4 AND NOA, so you should submit both. All you can do for now is wait for AOR.

If you are lucky, the might ask for it.
But stay ready for a return, and re-submit with updated documents.

I think after receiving the AOR I have to wait for medical request which will 6-7 months down the line... any thing else I need to do...
