Yes, it's getting slower... I am an 8 August applicant and hope to get it in early October.... fingers crossed..

I mailed mine 29th July 2013 so it should reach 1st week in August. Yes, guess it is a 2-3 month wait now for PER update/notification.

Someone PM me if you guys want a CEC spreadsheet for August applications. I can put one together...

right, should we August applicants start a google spreadsheet too? I saw some August applicants filled their information in the July 2013 spreadsheet.. , guess it's more convenient to check the updates? I just haven't figured out how to create one.... :-[ :-[ :-[

Same. I prefer google spreadsheets, since we can edit/add and remove columns as we wish.
