Your application was assessed based on the occupation which you identified as
part of your skilled work experience in Canada: NOC 4215.

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement because
I am not satisfied, based on the information that you provided, that you have
obtained 12 months of full-time equivalent Canadian skilled-worker experience
at NOC 0, type A or B acquired in Canada, within the 36 months preceding the
date of your application and following the date of your graduation in November
2011. Accordingly, you do not meet the requirements of the Post-Graduation
Stream.
You were also assessed against the criteria of the Temporary Foreign Worker
Stream. However, you have not obtained 24 months of full-time equivalent
Canadian skilled-worker experience at NOC 0, Type A or B acquired in Canada,
within the 36 months preceding the date of your application.

yes they rejected me I completed my studied in August and my graduation ceremony was in november . I was legally entitled to wrk on full time basis after my studies . I applied for my post grad work permit in August 2011 right after the completion of my studies and got it in November. I didn't know that I had to count experience after my degree was conferred. On the website it says after completion of studies.

You don't need to have the education here in Canada to apply for pr under CEC anymore. As long as you have required work experience, both duration and working hours (12 months and 1560 hours) and you have a good reference letter that mentions your duties which matches your noc code, you can reapply. I wish you will get it right this time and will be approved.

I just got my GCMS notes.. All looks good except below

".......Applicant has not answered question 5 b) on Schedule 8. Review Recommended...No additional docs required at this time."

It is related with the Government scholarship program.. My lawyer missed to tick "No"... and this is pending from 25th April 2013 onwards....

Could you please suggest what should I do?

I am not sure if you can do anything here. May be send an email to CPP-O, I would have done the same.

Can you please let us know whats the status of : Criminality?

Also what's the due date for Eligibility. It should specify to whom is it assigned to and what's the due date for same. Which officer reviewed your file? Was it JD01379?

yes, thinking about the same.. it is pending from 25th April 2013...

Criminality is in progress...

due date is 25th Sep 2013...it is assigned to RC6262 and done by CW01713

best to send an email to CPP O and ask them to attach those notes to your file. Probably next time officer sees your file, the same may be corrected.

Anyone knows if there is any wage requirement under CEC? Is it has to be minimum on NOC or the VO don't care. For example for 4215 on the CICwebsite its says minimum 16 and median 25. Please advise .need suggestions?
