I have a question about implied status. I got my visa extention rejected in April, left Canada, and am living Japan right now, which is not a problem. I am kinda worried that this visa rejection might affect the final decision. I, of course, maintained my implied status while I was waiting for my visa and still can prove my implied status, which is that I applied for the new one before the previous one expired. As long as I get approved as a landed immigrant, this visa rejection is nothing. I just hope this rejection won't be a factor that affects the final deceision. What do you guys think?

I just wanted to get a visitor visa, and this was my fault though.......I know the reason is stupid, but I made a silly mistake. I forgot to send copies of all the stamps (in and out) on my passport and didn't even realize that until I got the rejection letter from them.

finally rcvd med request after a long wait..And I hope all who are waiting for their med request gets their soon coz i know waiting is painful..

So i just got med form attached to my email ,no RPRF or biodata..which i guess is ok..right?

Congrats Bro .. Well i received my medical request without RPRP / biodata ... so i guess we are in the same boat ..don't worry its all good.

Seniors ... I am not sure if this is Bio data request but i did recieve an e-mail asking me to submit updated Schedule A form for me and spouse .... can you please comment ? is this normal or i there anyone else who is been asked for this form ?

Please note i had submitted Schedule A form along with my application for me and spouse.

Received Biodata and RPRF request yesterday

I guess requesting GCMS might help in processing your file quicker. I received the GCMS notes(38 pages :) and the MR on the same day.

Folks biodata is like your spouse and child and your hight and eye color thats all not like schedule A

Thay send it through email, once comkunication has bee started through email.

ME received just now. One question though.

The ME form sent to me shows my old address but I have updated my address with Ottawa and CIC (and the website shows my current new address). Should I update my address with the doctor while I am at the clinic?

My timeline. hope it helps people who are anxiously waiting.

Based on the forum, I see there are different patterns(first Biodata then Medicals or vice-versa). Medical request is received through Email.
What does your ECAS status show? Mine it's changed to In Process a day after I received the MR.
