Yes, I can! Got my GCMS notes finally.
Here's what I could figure out about VO:
Application assignment:
Assigned To: VF03143
Assigned By: VF03143
Due Date: 2013/09/15

Huh? Look like same officer assigned my file to him/herself.

My passport is on its way to Ottawa, should have been there today, thank to Canada Post hopefully will arrive on Monday.
Let's hope I get it back by the end of this month, cause I have a flight to catch

PS Just checked my application online: Decision is made. Dance-dance-dance!

Hi All,

My AOR came on Aug 28 and I did my medicals onJune 20th. Online status shows med received. I have paid the RPRF and sent biodata forms as well since June 15, 2013. I have not heard anything since then. I am kinda curious why it is taking so long for the decisions. Any thoughts? please advise.

What does your ecas say? Did you order your GCMS notes?

Ecas just says in process. I emailed CIC they confirmed receipt of medicals however it is not updated on ECAS. I did order GCMS notes and no problems that I could see in it. I have ordered them again now. Lets see.

Well, just hang on there. Patience in a virtue and since you have nothing in your GCMS notes to worry about.
Sometimes it takes time for ECAS to show updates.

Yes, as it's been already said, don't worry about ECAS not being up to date. I personally think it's all in the habits of your VO, and also the update schedule. There is a rumor going around that ECAS gets updated only once a week, usually on tuesday or wednesday, but you never know for sure.
If you have a confirmation from CIC that they received your medical there is no need to look at ECAS and worry. Maybe check it in a month, but hopefully you'll just get to your next step (PPR) before then.

Yes I am waiting for the PPR to come. Have applied for the BOWP already as well.

Hello Frds, Finally i got my passport request email thanks to everyone in this forum who are so helpful and kind..
very happy and wish who all are waiting get their soon too..

I am in US so Can I use fedex returned envelop for passport return? though it is clearly mentioned in email that they would not return it by any other courier if we do not include canadian expresspost . I don't want them to send it by ordinary mail .any suggestions?

what is the CORP validity usually (2-3 months)? coz I am planning to go to my home country soon and if I do landing immediately then I have to wait for PR card otherwise I can't travel.right? I am lil confused with after PPR process if someone can clarify plssss
