I sent my application on 21st August. . . including bank statement and settlement plan... looking forward to their positive response...

Hi all! Just checked ecas with my info (sponsor) and it has been updated. Yesterday when I checked there was nothing, but today I can see that sponsorship has been approved and my husband's name is listed, and it says "application received". It has been exactly 1 week since sponsorship approval.

This was always visible with my husband's info and application #, but now it works with the sponsor's info too.

Not sure if this is helpful to anyone but I thought I'd share

Guys by gods grace my application has been approved.. Received an email today that my wife has met the sponsorship requirements.. The email was dated 25th september..

I see that the interview is just around the corner and as I remember you saying before that you are planning to go to Havana for your husband's interview. Are you still going? Also just want to say good luck.

Congrats everyone! I really hope I hear something back soon, I'm stuck in the middle with everyone who also filed on the 13th, I wonder what happened that day that they seem to have been skipped over.

Ah well, I know it'll come soon enough, just need to learn better patience =)

Quick question about the interviews....

Is it okay to join your spouse for the interview?
Is it dependent upon visa office whether they let both into the interview?
