It's not fair how often they change the forms, they should get a limit of once every 6 months. Even that is generous.

Ugh, all of this talk about old forms got me paranoid so I just checked mine and my IMM 0008(Generic Application) is the old form from February, I think this is the one that was updated in July? I had no idea it was updated until you guys started talking about all of this, I was suppose to send my app in July but ended up having to wait because of the Option C form =\

I guess this means my app will be returned to me as well?

Maybe not....cross your fingers that the visa officer is nice. There aren't any significant changes from the February 2012 forms to the July 2012 forms that I saw.

I just checked them all and I couldn't find any one detail that looks different between the two, did you find anything at all? I also noticed my IMM 1344(application to sponsor) is also from February and was updated in July =\

I really hope they don't send everything back to me =(

Same here, we sent 02/12 forms. Hope they won't send it back.

Do not stress guys.....they will not return your package with respect to the new form of July......if you used the older forms from before February you may be in trouble as they were no longer accepted after March 31...but that was more to do with the bar code/validation issue....so rest easy...packages won't be returned for that one changed form ;D

My bar codes never printed, the pages came out with out them. I had a person who helps with immigration say it should be ok with out them. maybe it just processes faster? and maybe that was the update from Feb to July due to too many barcode errors?

I really hope you're right. I mean they changed it on what, July 20th? We sent ours out on August 9th so it wasn't that much after the changes. Thank you for the reassurance, I hope you're right, 'ol Champion member *bows* hahaha

The only change I saw, was that when you wrote the applicant's height in cms, it would automatically add the height in feet. IMO, that shouldn't amount for returning your guys' applications!

Yes, once the form was completed I validated it, at which point bar codes appeared.

However, prior to this happening successfully, I had clicked validate, and it said it was validated, but the barcodes never appeared - what I ended up doing was switching browsers or updating my adobe so i did indeed have barcodes.

Mine did that but I used the forms from February, so I have no idea. Lets all just keep our fingers crossed =)

Read above, KJG says it's no problem and they probably wont return your app just because of that. =)
