I believe the spreadsheet was being handled by Louie-Ann

I would send her a PM to get yourself added. If she is no longer around to update, perhaps we can leave the spreadsheet "open" for everyone to update it themselves (and hopefully it doesn't get all screwed up) or designate another person to update.

That's so nice of you, thanks for keeping up with it! My info is in the side thing under my name but here it is anyway:

I never got an AOR, or Passport Request. My COPR was issued on February 14th and I got it in the mail on the 21st. I landed yesterday here at the Vancouver VO and am currently waiting for my PR card. =)

My details are on the side also.

The only quirk we had was after we received the PPR email we got a follow up email the next day adding a request for an RCMP check. This requires getting digital fingerprints done and sent in. This would not be a problem except that we are in Florida till April 1st and this cannot be done from there. I know...no sympathy for us retired folk but hey somebody has to do it 8)

Congratulations to all the August folks getting their PPR's , COPR's and landing. Great to see

I have couple of questions while filling in the forms to extend stay of my wife while waiting for an outland sponsorship application.

background: - visa-exempt country visiting


My questions relate to form IMM5708. Do i have the right responses here?

1.Details of visit to canada. Purpose of my visit ?
My answer was :Other (stay with husband while PR is finalized)

2. funds available for my stay :
i put husband's salary x 6 (for six months period)....And attached letter from husband for financial support plus letter from his work with salary info. Do i have to include bank statment ?


3. Duration of stay ...? should this be 6 month or 1 yr?

4. Do i need to include a return ticket ?

5. Employment history table ?
Do we exclude periods of vacation or should we fill all gaps ?

5. Anything else needed to support the application ?

Hi,, could I also please be added to the spreadsheet... I filed my spousal family application in August.

I'm sponsoring my husband through the Abu Dhabi Visa office... You can view my status on the side..


I also have a question,,, I recently received an email from the Visa office saying that my file was in queue for visa officers review and that
the applicant would be advised of the next steps when review is completed....

Do you have guys have any idea as to what stage I may be at? and also if it means background checks are over or what???

Any reply's and comments would be greatly appreciated......

I have updated the spreadsheet the best I can, I have had to go through a number of pages on this thread as well as other VO spreadsheets. Please can you have a look at the spreadsheet and let me know if anything is incorrect and if there is information missing next to your username, it would be great if you could supply this. I am on this Forum every day, so should be easy to keep on top of it (I hope)....lol
