I'm just not sure with Nationwide as I did mine at SCTS. With them they gave me the copy the same day and asked me to call after 10 days to see if there is any problem with my medicals. Usually they send it in if there is no problem but u have to call to check to, or if there is any problem in your medicals they will call u. Yes you are suppose to submit the proof of medical along with your application (you and your family members meaning if you have kids then they should go through medicals accompanying or non accompanying)jcwitch23 said:Hi guys!
