In that case either they are transferring your file or PPR is being issued...both in a sense is a good thing I guess....good luck!!

can you please tell me your timeline?? thanks... ;)

Hello Draming_ Calgary

You will receive news about your documents transferring by email and later there will appear a note when you will check your CAS around three days later, this was my personal experience.

I read in a forum that all the AINP and BC PN are transferred normally to seattle office.

I am waiting for news from Seattle after one month I got my documents transferred.

Good luck guys!

About my last comment about the documents transfering for AINP and BCPN, I believe after read another forum, it is not realible because I saw a guy who is AINP and his documents were transferrend to Detroit. So it is not a rule!

Let's see, I want news now :o

cool thanks Johanna ....I'm not sure where my docs got transferred? BTW when did you do your medicals?I did mine in the last week of April ..

Hello Dreaming_Calgary,

I did my medical exams at the beginning of march 2011. I sent my documments to buffalo CIC in August 29th of 2010 and I got my file transferred to Seattle in June 22nd of 2011.

Cheers,

Johanna

Dreaming_Calgary, AB_SUN:
My address is back now. no update in status yet. I filed individually. is there a difference in processing time between individual filing and going through an attorney?

chobee:
I did my medicals mid May 2011.

Thanks!

Dreaming_Calgary

In theory no, the attorney should help you to prepare your documents without makes mistakes and this will help you to avoid delays, for example I delivered my documents in june of 2010 but I forgot some fields without the word "NA", so CIC gave me back the documents and I resend them in August 29th again, I wasted more than 3 months, I filled my application individually also.

In all the Canadian Consulate sites normally say that the"use of a layer" is up to you but this won't expedite the process.

Be relaxed your process is running and soon you will get news, great news!

the best of my wishes,

Johanna

It was happend same with my address on e-cas,disappeared 2 weeks ago and appeared today on Friday. I don't know what's that? But I already received IA from Buffalo almost 2 months ago .
My application reached the Buffalo on August 13, 2010.
will see what's next and when?

We got our immigration visa today! Passports arrived at Buffalo on July 13.

Good luck to you all!
