I read somewhere that the FBI no record document should be less than one year old by the time you go for stamping, looks like yours was expired on 29 june 2011. I think that was the reason they requested you to re-submit. actually I am also thinking of re-applying for FBI before its one year old so we can save 90 days processing time.

I do not understand this, We sent FBI and PCC dated 29 June 2010 and application was submitted to CIC on 7th July 2010.
They have asked to submit no record document from FBI - India. Does this mean FBI and India or just India?
