we got nomination in June 2010

sent to app. file to buffalo in Aug 2010

got AOR/Med on Mar 1st, 2011

Med done Mar 24, 2011

PPR Jun 28, 2011

We just received a letter from CIC buffalo requesting for updated PCCs and updated background information form.

I do not understand this, We sent FBI and PCC dated 29 June 2010 and application was submitted to CIC on 7th July 2010.

They have asked to submit no record document from FBI - India. Does this mean FBI and India or just India?

Sorry to read this VS. I think you can may need to clarify the request from the Consulate. If you have copies of the FBI & India PCC send the same to the consulate to see whether it will suffice.

I would strongly advice to apply for fresh PCC for all FBI,India and State. It will take atleast 6 weeks for the FBI. You may need to go to Indian consulate and ask them to expedite. State PCC shouldnt take more than 2 weeks.
