My MP called CIC again this week (fourth time since June) and was told "November is the time for action on my file." Whatever that means.

i don't even know what that means

My MP tried to explain it as "November is when they said they should take action on my file, since by then it will be considered past their current processing time." But the current processing time on their website is 21 months, and I've been in process for 25 months, so I'm 4 months overdue already! Does this mean that their current processing time is really 27 months and they just haven't updated their website? Who knows! As has already been pointed out, we can't trust anything they say.

That looks like the due date. My MP was told that Oct 31st is the Due Date on my file

My MP told me something similar except mine is October so there might be some truth to this

My wife's SOWP was rejected this morning with reason by VO as 'I'm unsatisfied with relationship' WTF. I have sent an email to Delhi Consular for reconsideration with all proofs of our relationship (whatsapp, skype, phone calls, wedding and honeymoon pictures, insurance beneficiaries, my will which has wife as a beneficiary, passport copy which has my name as husband, marriage certificate, wedding invitation card, and more).

Experts, do you think they will reconsider my application or should I reapply? Please help out folks, I will appreciate.

No chance of reconsideration, the same happened with me 5 times.
Please take care of your family as I know how it feels and what happens after visa rejections.

Yeah man it is effing ridiculous on how they process these applications. Although I gave them a very detailed explanation letter with her application but I guess it wasn't of any use. Shall I reapply? She has been rejected twice on TRV and once on SOWP. Our PR is in progress.

I called CIC again today for PR update, my security is still in process for 2nd time. I'm so pissed off man. Took a day off from work to calm down today. I have new SOWP application ready, I'm debating if I should reapply for a 2nd time or not? Can't decide man.

the way I see it; unless it's absolutely necessary for your wife to get SOWP then don't bother applying it will just be a waste of money, cause it seems like they have issues with her getting TRV and WP. I would just wait until you get the PR. On the bright side your PR application hasn't been rejected just hang tight and keep your chin up, we all know how it feels :)
