Yes, I'm outside. If you are inside and already received pre arrival, you should get your PR soon.
But I really don't understand what they doing with the outside applicants.
Same here, I received my AIPP AOR via email yesterday & the application number is still temporary, starts with XEP. I did not call IRCC.
The letter states that it is just a confirmation that they received our application and in queue for review. It does not confirm that our application is already in process. I wonder how soon can we get our final Application #.
But it's good to know they are working on our applications now. ☺

Has anyone been able to use the Online Tool to check application status?

This tool has never worked me. Don't know why. My representative linked the application to their account and checks it whenever we request. It would be nice to be able to use the online tool to check the status update on our own whenever we want.
Ok, thanks for the information. It is a little frustrating but maybe it doesn’t give any useful information anyway.
IRCC is so unpredictable the way they are processing the files is totally weird some because are waiting from almost a year while some people got the copr in between 3 to 4 months
My AR July but I was getting temporary file number the same time as those AR in Nov. I got my AOR last week, I bet those getting their temporary file number the same time as me were getting their AORs as well even though their ARs were a few months behind mine.
