There are plenty of them,But it is illegal to buy a job.But it unfortunately is very common.They mainly selll unnamed LMIA.They require you to pay a deposit,type your name into the form,fax in HRSDC and in a few days,an LMIA comes out in your name and you and your family go to Canada.To quote a small business owner I know,Given 2 equally applicants,Why should I not give it to the one who gives me cash in an envelope.It is illegal but a sad reality

No,A businessman I personally know just made an offer to purchase a restaurant for 300,000 CAD in an Atlantic province.He already talked to the PNP of that province and they gave a go ahead to hire servers,cook,supervisors etc who he will sponsor to come to Canada.He is partnership with a RCIC who will help him find clients........Sad reality

Sorry I cannot endorse illegal and morally wrong practices.But these leeches are out there.Some licensed regulated consultants do this on the side.Actual timeline of client of my classmate .Arrived March 2 as a tourist,purchased a LMIA for NOC B job on March 5,Faxed to HRSDC same day,,released LMIA on March 9 in his name.Flagpole for work permit March 10,Work permit released March 10,Now applying to bring wife to Canada on spousal open work permit and study permit for kids to study for free.Expected arrival of family in April.But with timelines like these,do you understand why these vultures are thriving

The info is not clear.
Am currently in CANADA and have done my two separate diplomas from QUEBEC.
