AIPP - How to get offer in Atlantic Province

To the Experts in the house, I greet you all.

One of my Family member is trying to apply PR thru AIPP. He understood all the requirements of the program.

currently he is stucked due to offer. Experts please help me and guide me on getting the offer letter.

He is skilled in Mechanical related and he has 3+ Yrs of experiance back home.
