Has anyone recently been intimated by IRCC on AIPP?
I know they have recently cancelled all the COPR interviews. Will resume post crisis.
I am inland candidate from NS
My timeline is as follows:
PR application submitted : 24 Sep 2019
AOR received: 24 Oct 2019
Medical Request: 21 Nov 2019
Medical Conducted: 18 Dec 2019
Medical Passed(updated): 9 Jan 2020
Pre-arrival service letter issued: 9 Apr 2020

I was really overwhelmed to see case officers are working in this trying time.
Please share if anyone ,has any recent update in their application process.

Hi everyone. Hope you are all healthy and safe. I have a quick question: Do you have to pay taxes if you bring over $10,000, but coming on a work permit? I don't have PR yet, but obtained a work permit under AIPP.

My application timeline is done on 19th February,2020.still waiting for medical requests. My question is can they deny your application even after 7-8 months of processing? My only fear is why they are keeping this long if everything is okay. I am really scared.

i didnt get any update, what is pre arrival, is that for inland applicant. i am inland applicant from NB ? what about you ?

My timelines are similar to yours but i didn't get yet pre-arrival, did you call call center and make inquiry ? for me they said my application was evaluated on Feb mid but not yet picked up to send COPR ?

even i called today and my status tells background check is in progress. my application suppose to finish 23 Mar due to covid it is now on HOLD

Hello everyone,
My processing time has been completed since January 12th 2020, I received the Pre Arrival letter since February 19th 2020, so since that date I never heard back from IRCC. With the corona pandemic now I feel hopeless about when the next step could be done. Is anyone has an idea please?
