there is no minimum time to stay in the province. Also you cannot lose your or status because of moving to another province , that’s a permanent residents right to do.
The only way it can be revoked is during the pr process but not after it’s received.

Of course, that’s not what these programs are meant for and it’s about morality aswell.
No it can be revoked after too under AIPP. .. You need to stay in Atlantic province for 1 year ++. I know a couple lost there PR once they moved to Ontario right after they received their PR card. There is a chance that they can track you address change randomly. They started this program to increase Atlantic population/immigration not to just give PR to anyone. There are also incidences where PR status had been revoked at the time of renewal(Not AIPP).

where did you get 1 year from? I mean it is not mention anywhere. Moreover, I have been leaving in atlantic province since July 2018 on a work permit And got PR in November 2019... planning to leave the province in June 2020 because I am getting far better opportunity... I don’t think they can do any thing with PR status as it is just an intention and it can change at anytime... plus personal growth is also vital... commitment was never signed by any applicant... obviously, you can not leave right away...

your thoughts are welcome...

My understanding is that unless you’ve signed a contract like they do under PNP then you’ll be fine. I was told by an immigration officer that AIPP is a deal between you & your employer. With that being said, I’m sure there have been instances where employers have felt betrayed and maybe they pushed for immigration to investigate but I don’t see why they would if there’s a mutual understanding. I’ve lived in the Atlantic and worked with my employer for 2 years and just recently received my PR and they know my plan to move in the summer. I don’t see there being an issue for me but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with discussing things with your employer just so you’re not watching your back all the time.

I really appreciate your response and I have similar case like yours... I have been living in atlantic province since 1.5 years and my employer understands that if I offered the better position with better salary, I would totally leave. And she is okay with it... it is not like I have used her company... And as far as intentions concern, I have stayed enough in the province and even immigration officer had offered better position and better salary, he/she would leave a current position... after all, we all are here in Canada for the betterment of family including housing and can only be fulfilled with better salary and personal growth...
