AIPP in Nova Scotia

So you don’t know your employer? A recruiting agency can‘t process your aipp endorsement. The employer has to sent the application to NS immigration. Do you have your settlement plan from ISANS and the signed job offer from both you and your employer?

To be honest , this sounds really weird. Why don‘t you contact the employer by yourself to make sure ? Did you have to pay for anything or why do you have someone else involved in the aipp process ?

Not everyone is able to enter at the moment, that’s not true.

I did so in may. But they told me before boarding that the wp has to be issued before March 20th and they even called the embassy to make sure I am allowed to board the plane. After that it got even more restricted.

Here are a few applicants from Jan to March who don’t have an AOR yet, so this can take a while.

AIPP should take 6 months but it’s not guaranteed. Also the processing times is 6 months, since the application is not in process, the 6 months didn’t even start.

For endorsement ? That’s way to long , your employer should check back with the province you applied for.

I got the same answers but they don’t really help much to be honest.

No I don’t think so. I sent the tracking information and especially asked for a info about it aswell, which they confirmed for me.

My answer was similar. They told me that they received my application on March 4 but it’s not in process yet so that’s why I can’t link it to my online account. So I at least know that they have it but that’s still not AOR . Hope they start the process soon

Probably means that the work permit confirmation will be converted into the actual work permit what happens at the airport. Work permit holders who got approved after March 18th 2020 are usually not exempt from the travel restrictions.

You need to choose technical difficulties , that’s what I’ve been told to do.
