Remove X and try linking with EP number you will get it linked for sure,i have done for my friend.

My wife got CoPR and got stamped her passport and will recieve passport soon by VFS courier in india,, i am parmanent residence in canada and my wife and son is immediate family member to me,, do i still need a authorization letter from IRCC for them to travel to canada? Thanks in advance

Hi,i got approved pr in november 2020 and got my pr card in dec 2020,, My wife and son was dependent on me in whole process and now they have submitted their passports to VFS in india for stamping,as they are immediate family members to me,, can they fly to canada? Do they need essential job...

Yes i was able to do that after i recieve AOR, Try recheck birth place when linking,that happen to most of the people,even if a space is missing or you put extra space it won't link.happend with me even when i was trying to link pr card application. Hope it will help you

I sent my application 13 november 2019 and because of missing signatures cic sent me back my package on december 18-19, 2019 and then i had to do fresh start and got my AOR again in feb 2020.. i think you need to do a fresh start .. i know the feeling after that long wait
