Hi,i got approved pr in november 2020 and got my pr card in dec 2020,,
My wife and son was dependent on me in whole process and now they have submitted their passports to VFS in india for stamping,as they are immediate family members to me,, can they fly to canada? Do they need essential job offer to fly? Do we need written authorization from IRCC? Thank you

Just get the proof of your relationship notary attested that's all they see before boarding flight and when they arrive in canada they can check from their system that they're related to you
