Hello everyone!

Reading this thread, I found myself with a lot of doubts, I hope someone can clarify them.

1 - Is the endorsement taking very long for all provinces? My employer just submitted my endorsement app for NB, I would expect it to take around 4-8 weeks, is it correct?

2 - I understand from the cic webpage that the job offer doesn’t need to be in the same NOC as my previous job experiences, but I have simply to meet the requirements for the job offer. Does anyone have a success story where this condition applied (different NOC from job experience but meeting the requirements)?

“You must meet employment requirements for the job you are offered. You can find these requirements in the NOC. The job doesn’t need to be in the same NOC as other jobs you’ve had.”

3 - My employer prepared a detailed application for the endorsement exactly because my job experience is not in the same NOC, but I have transferable skills from one NOC to the other. Can this “dossier” be used also when I send the PR application, just to be on the safe side?

I appreciate whatever inputs you may have. Thank you!

I am so sorry this happened to you but you made a big blunder of a mistake,
Check point 15 on document checklist
https://ibb.co/zbNFpJF
What did you fill out in this point and what did you submitted. I suggest you please get a good immigration representative. And if now atleast you have work permit you may try to get a new endorsement and apply again. I hope you were not working in the restoration period because IRCC may have found out if you were. This is your first post in the forum. This is why i engage in the forum to discuss everything before so that someone may get help. Get a good immigration rep.
Thanks..
no I didn’t work in that period..
so now I have to start my procedure all over again..

It should say in your rejection letter that if their decision is final or you can appeal it or not. When my express entry was rejected the letter stated that i may apply again after 6 months. What is the full wording in your rejection letter...?

It says I can apply a new file tho..
but the thing is this they yesterday only sent me a pre arrival service forum after three days of rejection letter and I called them today, they said my file is still open and under background check.. what that mean is??
Also my rep. send them an explanation letter on that.. Are they re-considering my case due to the explanation letter provided by my rep??

The decision communicated in this letter constitutes the definitive and final decision on your present application. Your application will be retained, under current Government of Canada file retention guidelines, for a period of two years. Your application forms and supporting documents will not be returned to you. If you should submit a new application it would require new fees and documentation and would need to meet all the requirements in effect at the time the application..

Now their decision is final even if you appeal it will drag your case and result will be same. Your lawyer or rep is misguiding you and he is responsible for this thing to have happened in the first place. This rejection decision is made by the visa officer who was processing your file. They send a letter with your uci code in cic account and states their decision is final if you have more than a year of wp my suggestion to you is get a good lawyer and apply for new endorsement and PR again. In your new PR file you can explain in background form what happened.

@nickmalik check this profile his wp expired but was given PR as when he applied for PR his wp status was valid.

Your second PR or any immigration file will be checked in detail. Check with province if they extend your endorsement validity. But i don’t know for how much duration the extension is approved.

Your rep is misguiding you. Call IRCC and check with them which visa office was processing your file. And send a detailed list of questions to them yourself.

I don’t hav access to that.. as my rep applied the File..
Can u suggest if I can access that info??
I called my rep jus now.. they saying it’s showing bg check..
Are you sure the rejection letter that your rep has sent you is genuine.? Now i think your rep is causing you trouble and frightening you so that he may extort more money from you. No offence but 99 percent of indian immigration representatives specially punjabis are frauds. I am myself of punjabi ethnicity but have so many bad experience with them. Maybe IRCC has not made any decision on your file but your rep is finding new ways to extort money from you. If you have paid more than 5000 dollars to rep then i am 100 percent sure he is fraud.

that’s the thing tickling in my mind..
Bcz if IRCC sent the rejection letter. That decision should be update with the IRCC call centre..
now when m calling the IRCC they saying ur file is till open and They havnt made any final decision.
what’s your opinion on this..
